Generate a report on employee Shout Outs

Available for the following plans: Employment Plus, Employment Unlimited
Available for the following HR classic plans: Premium, Platinum
Available for the following user access level: Admin

Employees within your organization will have coworkers who step in and support them with an urgent customer phone call, or even stay back at work for a few hours to help them finish their current project. In these scenarios, your employees can give a shout-out to these coworkers as a good way to give them recognition for the extra work they have put it to help them in their role and in meeting their deliverables.

The Shout Out Reporting feature allows you to create a report that you can use to analyze the top teams and employees within your organization at sending and receiving shout-outs. You can drill this data down based on a customized date range, giving you full insight into the teams and employees who are using the Shout-Out feature within the company feed.

HR Best Practice

Shout-outs are a great way to boost engagement and positive behaviour within your organization. Sharing your shout-out reports within your business will help to reinforce the perks of acknowledging your colleagues, which helps promote company morale. You can also use the shout-out reporting functionality to keep track of employees who have received the most shout-outs, for use in Performance Feedback discussions and 1:1s.
