Replace the default logo, background, and colours with your organization's branding. This ensures a seamless, cohesive user experience across your HR platform, login page, and email notifications.
Getting started
This logo will appear at the top-right of the platform, as well as on applicable reports, documents, and contracts.
Go to Settings > Company > Branding.
Under Essentials, locate the Company Logo setting.
Click the gear icon, then Upload your image (we recommend 267px x 267px).
Adjust the size and position.
Click the Save button to apply the changes.
Update your platform's colour scheme to match your brand
Navigate to Settings > Company > Branding.
Under the Advanced Customization header, toggle the options On.
In the Colour Scheme section, click the gear icon.
Under Choose a color, click the colour box or enter your specific RGB values.
Check the preview on the right to ensure everything is easy to read.
Click Save to apply your new brand colours.
Add a logo to the top of all email notifications sent from the platform
Navigate to Settings > Company > Branding.
Under the Advanced Customization header, toggle the options On.
In Email Header, click the gear icon.
- Click Upload and select your logo for email headers. This will appear at the top of all system-generated emails. Recommended: PNG format, max 1MB, minimum 600x200 pixels.
- Click Save to apply your new email header.
Navigate to Settings > Company > Branding.
Under the Advanced Customization header, toggle the options On.
In the Desktop Login section, click the gear icon.

Upload your logo (Step 1): Click Upload to add your logo to the login screen.
Recommended file formats: Use a horizontal PNG/JPG (400 x 60 pixels) with a transparent background.

(Optional) Add a background image (Step 2): Upload an image for the desktop background.
Recommended file formats: Use a horizontal PNG/JPG (1920 x 1080 pixels).
Click Save to apply your changes. (Note: The mobile login screen background will remain white.)
Navigate to Settings > Company > Branding.
Under the Advanced Customization header, toggle the options On.
In the Sidebar Navigation section, click the gear icon.
- Click the upload button and select your logo with a transparent OR white background at 100x100 pixels for the best-looking result. You'll see a preview of it on the right side.
- When you're happy, click the Save button to apply your changes.
